What You Will Do
- Performance analysis
- Track and analyze monthly performance of creator's YouTube channels, thereby giving insight and recommendation on content strategy for creators
- Monitor performance and identify opportunities to drive channel growth and user engagement, and develop data-driven recommendations
- Make a monthly report to monitor how the channel/page is performing for the top active creators on TikTok and Facebook
- Do an audit report to evaluate the current situation of the channel before collaborating for new creators joining MCN network
- Tracking daily data CMS to update the team's revenue and profit for KPI control
- Supporting teams in the presentation of data. Be able to make large and/or complex data more understandable and usable.
- CMS and Youtube Studio issue
- Check CMS daily to promptly detect issues appearing in the CMS dashboard such as copyright strike, appealed claim, etc.
- Support creator solves channel problems
- Others
- Support to answer questions and update creators about YouTube policies
- Support team make a proposal about channel consulting
