Business Development Senior Executive (MCN)

What You Will Do

  • Manage current accounts for long term success
  • Lead and build Creator Growth sales team
  • Oversees sales activities and develops relationships with customers (focus: Virtual Influencer project)
  • Coordinate internal / external sales campaigns: Virtual influencer, Channel management, Production services, reporting, etc
  • Monitoring sales and Productions
  • Cross Collaborate with internal/ external teams and implement workflow
  • Developing new sales opportunities
  • Supervising and mentoring the team to achieve given requirements


Who You Are

  • A recognized university degree
  • At least 2 - 3 year of working experience in the same position
  • Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
  • Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
  • Have a passion for online video, technology, and social media especially in YouTube, Tiktok platform
  • Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze a significant amount of data with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Able to work well as part of a team and cross-functionally with other teams to ensure successful projects
