Key Account Management (E-Commerce and Social Commerce)

At AnyMind Thailand, we are dedicated to empowering e-commerce enablement businesses and driving success in the digital marketplace. We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Management (E-commerce and Social Commerce) to join our team and foster strong relationships with our valued clients.


What You'll Do 

  • Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
  • Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services that are within their budget and meet their needs
  • Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities and communicate with the sales team regularly


 Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year experience as Key Account Management or related field
  • Experience in client-facing and developing marketing campaign 
  • Able to work in the first quarter of 2024
  • Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
  • Professional certification
