Account Manager, Douyin eCommerce (Chinese speaking)

As our business in the EC domain rapidly grows alongside market expansion, we are currently seeking an Account Manager who has direct experience managing Douyin store and has strong capability to contribute to accelerating our growth in China market as well as southeast Asia market.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Douyin Store, ensuring a seamless and engaging shopping experience for users
  • Build and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the Douyin Store, aligning with overall business objectives
  • Manage sales targets by measuring success and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for short movies and live streaming contents
  • Partner closely with MCNs to enhance brand visibility and optimize content reach

Who You Are

  • Solid knowledge and experience in managing Douyin Store
  • Solid knowledge in Douyin live streaming production 
  • 3 years of experience in working with local MCNs in China
  • Native Chinese speaking capability
  • Highly interested in driving the cross border e-commerce across SEA market as well as the Chinese market

Nice to Have

  • Business-level in English 
  • 5 years of experience in managing e-commerce store operations and has solid knowledge in sales strategy 
  • 5 years of experience in working with local MCNs in China
