Creator Development Executive

1. Performance analysis

Track and analyze monthly performance of creator's YouTube channels, thereby giving insight and recommendation on content strategy for creators
Monitor performance and identify opportunities to drive channel growth and user engagement, and develop data-driven recommendations
Make a monthly report to monitor how the channel/page is performing for the top active creators on TikTok and Facebook
Do an audit report to evaluate the current situation of the channel before collaborating for new creators joining MCN network
Tracking daily data CMS to update the team's revenue and profit for KPI control
Supporting teams in the presentation of data. Be able to make large and/or complex data more understandable and usable.

2. CMS and Youtube Studio issue

Check CMS daily to promptly detect issues appearing in the CMS dashboard such as copyright strike, appealed claim, etc.
Support creator solves channel problems

3. Others

A recognized university degree
At least 1 year of working experience in the same position
Proficiency in Vietnamese & English
Solid knowledge of digital tools & channels
Have a passion for online video, technology, and social media especially in YouTube, Tiktok platform
Result-driven and have a good sense of responsibility as well as a strong enthusiasm.
Analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze a significant amount of data with attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organization and documentation skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, task management systems)
Experience in a fast-paced work environment
Able to work well as part of a team and cross-functionally with other teams to ensure successful projects
