Senior Finance and Admin Executive

What You'll Do:


  • Create PO, Issue Bill, Make Payment, Receive Order in NS
  • Create SO and Issue Sale Invoices in NS (Local and Intercom recharge invoices
  • Issue Sale VAT invoices in excel for local customers
  • Control Account receivable and Account Payable
  • Go out to collect payment from customer/Cheque deposit at bank
  • Prepare Bank Reconciliation_CSV file
  • Prepare staff payroll
  • Prepare Health and Job Risk insurance report for NSSF
  • Update all staff information into NSSF system
  • Go to ministry of labor and vocational training to submit report of NSSF
  • Work with other ministries (Ministry of commerce, Ministry of Labor and Vocational training
  • Prepare monthly tax declaration (VAT, PPT, TOS, WHT) by E-filling and make the payment
  • Prepare yearly tax with tax consultant
  • Work with tax officer to provide supporting document
  • Prepare documents for external tax auditor and work with them
  • Update Employee List
  • Prepare monthly closing
  • Other tasks assigned by Line Manager


  • Assist sale team to prepare, copy or scan supporting document for customers
  • Prepare report of staff attendance every beginning of the month and send email to Regional HR
  • Assist HR manager to process staff recruitment
  • Control office supplies, cleaning supplies computer supplies and printer supplies


Who You Are:

  • Requirements Minimum Diploma in Accounting or ACCA Level 1
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Able to handle large amount of data
  • Organised, meticulous and strong initiative An energetic and self-motivated quick learner
  • IT savvy and excellent skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) Experienced with accounting software (NetSuite will be an advantage)
  • Experienced with Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets, Docs & Slides) will be an advantage
