AnyMind Group, an end-to-end commerce enablement company, has today announced that its e-commerce management platform, AnyX, is now connected to Tokopedia and ZOZOTOWN, providing AnyX users with the ability to analyze and optimize their digital commerce and operations on these channels by leveraging on consolidated and drilled-down store and product metrics along with all other connected e-commerce platforms.
AnyX is already connected to a range of platforms and channels in the digital commerce space including e-commerce marketplaces such as Amazon, Shopee, Lazada, Rakuten, Yahoo! Japan Shopping, brand stores through Shopify, and social commerce through TikTok Shop.
With Tokopedia being one of the largest e-commerce marketplaces in Indonesia, and the top brand that consumers in Indonesia would recommend to a friend or colleague, and ZOZOTOWN being Japan’s top e-commerce marketplace for fashion brands, AnyX users can now operate, track and analyze across the top digital commerce platforms in Southeast Asia and Japan through a single platform.
The decision to connect Tokopedia and ZOZOTOWN was made as the company looks to start expanding its capabilities to serve the e-commerce space in Indonesia and Southeast Asia, and strengthen its foothold in Japan.
Kosuke Sogo, CEO and co-founder of AnyMind Group said: “As we enter a new generation of commerce in Asia and around the world, we want to make it easy and exciting for businesses, retailers, and even independent sellers to navigate this impending and growing complexity of channels, consumers and data. The tide of change will inevitably come, where businesses have to be highly agile and make quick decisions, easily traverse disparate data across the organization, and stand out against competitors around the world.”
At present, AnyX enables online merchants and retailers with automated reporting, aggregation and analysis of store channel, product and SKU performance, alongside attributed data from digital marketing channels such as Google Ads and Facebook Advertising, making it easier for different teams within an e-commerce business to derive insights and optimize inventory, pricing, promotional and marketing decisions to grow their business.
AnyX also enables users to manage and synchronize orders and product details across linked e-commerce platforms to improve operational efficiency. In addition, recent integrations mean that users can also leverage on functions for customer engagement and conversational commerce through built-in CRM capabilities connected to LINE and Instagram Messenger. In Japan, AnyX provides users the ability to manage logistics functions through the platform as well.
The core value of AnyX was developed at a time when the company looks to help enterprises better manage the growing complexity of online commerce, accelerating a world where business is done through a single platform, is borderless and open, and data can be utilized and maximized freely across business functions, enabling higher levels of growth.
