• 마케팅 분야에서 5년 이상의 비즈니스 개발/영업 경험
• 한국 시장의 마케팅 풍경을 강한 이해 및 네트워크
• 성공적인 비즈니스 계획을 전략화하고 실행하는 능력 입증
• 뛰어난 영어 및 한국어 의사소통 능력
• 목표 초과의 트랙 레코드를 가진 숙련된 협상자
• 스스로 동기부여가 되며, 빠른 페이스와 다이내믹한 환경에서 독립적으로 또는 팀의 일원으로 작업할 수 있는 능력
• 좋은 것으로, 인플루언서 마케팅에 대한 지식 및 전자 상거래 산업 경험이 있는 경우

As the Senior Business Development Manager of Influencer Marketing, you’ll get a chance to be the pioneer in shaping the trajectory of AnyMind's entry into the Korean market. You'll have the unique opportunity to establish our footprint, create a network, and drive growth strategies by supporting AnyMind’s marketing endeavors in Asia.

What You'll Do

• Lead market entry strategies, targeting key industries and clients
• Build local relationships, understand client needs, and propose tailored solutions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support regional efforts
• Develop and execute business plans to achieve growth targets
• Leverage influencer marketing or e-commerce enabler experience to drive strategic partnerships
• Expand AnyMind's reach through industry associations and local partners
• Lead negotiations and secure valuable deals aligned with AnyMind's goals
• Stay informed about industry trends and inform decision-making
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams for seamless execution
• Report line: Regional VP of Influencer Marketing
  
  

Who You Are

• 5+ years of business development/sales experience in marketing field
• Strong understanding and network of marketing landscape in Korean market
• Proven ability to strategize and execute successful business plans
• Excellent English and Korean communication skills
• Skilled negotiator with a track record of exceeding targets
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Nice to have: knowledge of influencer marketing and experience in e-commerce industry
