Business Development (Publisher Growth)

AnyMind Thailand you will take charge of Publisher Acquisition and play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through relationship building and sales strategies. Additionally, you will contribute to the success of the AnyDigital Premium Marketplace (APM), ensuring individual sales targets are consistently met while providing clients with exceptional service and advertising expertise.


What You'll Do

Publisher Acquisition

  • Search, acquire and develop relationship management with key accounts, web or application/games developers, pitch and close sales
  • Provide online publishers with excellent and timely services/technological advice to implement advertising
  • Able to analyze the publisher’s situation and make suggestions to maximize the customer revenue
  • Ensure to meet revenue targets through analyzing advertising performance, and making suggestions to publishers
  • Handover and onboarding support to account manager (existing sales) team  

AnyDigital Premium Marketplace (APM)

  • Search, acquire and develop relationship management with key accounts
  • Consistently deliver individual sales targets every month
  • Develop a strong understanding of the client’s business and make a digital marketing plan
  • Optimize, track and analyze advertising performance and make suggestions to clients for better performance
  • Collect and analyze sales/consumer data
  • Manage trades in multiple programmatic consoles with a deep understanding of campaign optimization strategy
  • Utilization of CRM, planning and execution of events
  • Develop strong and effective relationships with clients and other internal departments
  • Keeping up to date with industry research figures


Who You Are

  • Eager to equip yourself with the understanding of the online programmatic advertising industry, a passion for technology, and the drive and ownership to work in a startup environment.
  • Have strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on teamwork, ownership, initiative, and integrity. Ability to prioritize and deliver in a deadline-oriented environment is also critical.
  • Good English skills (Business Level) 
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Mobile Apps or Web development
  • Minimum 2-3 years in the Digital marketing industry or other field
  • Be able to work under pressure on monthly, quarterly target
  • Logical thinking skill
  • Interpersonal skill
  • Sales skill
  • Detail-oriented, well-organized, with a good sense of responsibility
  • Self-motivated, and quick learner
  • Experienced one of the following platforms: Google Ad Manager, Google AdSense, Google AdMob, DSP, SSP, Trading desk, Ad Network is a huge plus
  • Have good connections with brands will be an advantage
