What You'll Do

  • Cultivate and maintain client relationships, ensuring their marketing objectives are met.
  • Manage projects from inception to execution, coordinating with various teams.
  • Drive cross-selling and up-selling efforts to maximize revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Agency Business to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Optimize resource usage to enhance margins and ensure accurate billing.
  • Lead project management with confidence and autonomy.
  • Generate insightful reports to track project progress and client performance.
  • Oversee payment collection and provide exceptional after-sales service.

Who You Are

  • 4-6 years of experience in digital marketing solutions, campaign management, and digital media planning.
  • Experience in client relationship management, preferably in multi-market (APAC/SEA) environments.
  • Background in agency business development, ideally within platform publishers or media agencies.
  • Knowledge of the media agency ecosystem.
  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills for effective client communication.
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, actively engaging with colleagues across functions.
