What You Will Do
* Collaborate with various departments to meticulously plan and execute external physical trade events, ensuring the attainment of participant targets.
* Develop comprehensive event strategies, craft compelling event content, draft precise event copy, oversee event promotion initiatives, and manage on-site event logistics.
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to monitor and optimize post-event conversion rates and effectiveness.
* Step in as a proficient substitute for essential tasks during the absence of department colleagues.
Who You Are
* Minimum of two years of experience in organizing physical events such as press conferences, B2B trade shows, and B2B product launches.
* Proficient in both spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate with the regional head in English.
* Bonus points for candidates with a background in digital marketing planning, public relations, or experience in digital advertising campaigns.
