Publisher Engagement Executive

As part of the Publisher Growth Team, you will be responsible to engage with web and app publishers and developers by introducing our services to support publisher’s web and app monetization. You need to have an interest in the Digital Media Industry such as Programmatic Ads.
What You'll Do
- Search, acquire and develop relationship with web and app publishers and developers in the Philippines
- Provide online publishers with excellent and timely services/technological advice to implement monetization solutions
- Ensure to meet revenue and gross profit targets through optimizing, tracking, analyzing advertising performance, and making suggestions to publishers to improve performance.
- Develop strong and effective relationships with the Advertiser Engagement Department
- Keep up to date with industry trends and research figures
- Collect and analyze sales/consumer data
- Opportunity to work with Google team on a daily basis
Who You Are
- Bachelor's Degree
- Familiar with startup culture
- Detail-oriented and well-organized with a good sense of responsibility
- Experience in the digital industry is not required but is a plus
- Experience with Google Ad Manager, Google AdSense, Google AdMob, DSP, SSP, Trading desk, Ad Network is a huge plus
